EVAN M. JACOBS, PE, PP
Evan is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Planner in New Jersey, with over two decades of experience in the civil engineering, planning, and construction industries. Evan has worked at firms with as few as 15 and as many as 800 employees in both the private and public sectors throughout the New York and New Jersey area.
Evan has designed and managed an extensive array of projects, from large-scale public infrastructure, to complex mixed-use land development, to a new pool for a dwelling. His expertise includes all facets of site/civil engineering design, planning, and project management, from initial site feasibility and through construction administration and project closeout.
Evan graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with both a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (2007) and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management (2012).
Evan has served as a Municipal Engineer for multiple municipalities As a municipal engineer, Evan’s roles included representing municipalities’ interests in capital improvement and public works projects, grant application and administration, ordinance preparation, and advisor to the Mayor and Council. As a professional engineer and planner, Evan has presented applications to and has represented Planning and/or Zoning Boards of Adjustment in over 50 different towns and to 10 County Planning Boards throughout Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, and Union Counties.
